The problem you are experiencing may be related to network congestion. If the connection speed between your system and the streaming server is too low, video may not appear, and audio may come through intermittently. Please note that this is not necessarily due to the speed of your Internet connection, but results from the connections between your computer and the streaming server at that moment. This connection speed may change while the stream is in progress.

Connection speeds vary from time to time, the stream rate is displayed in the lower left corner of the Media Player window. If you continue to experience this problem, try clicking on the "low" or "56K" content link. The time of day might also be a factor, evenings seem to present the biggest connection problems.
