I could not complete Microsoft's
individualization process. What should I do?
The most common cause of incomplete
"Individualization" is a failure to connect to the Microsoft servers
in a timely fashion. This process is run by Microsoft, and is entirely
out of CDPass' control. The only advice we can give is to try again.
Please note that Microsoft will only
allow 4 attempts in a 24-hour period.
